Good question. I'll start playing pokemon for GBA emulator.
I really want to get a shiny Charmander, but I do not know
saved if the state just before the election to work early or if I
restart everything very soft. Help!

The creation of a state before the decision was to save for a Pokemon work, but because you can use only Emulation with the Action Replay code to make sure that you save yourself time and energy.
I'm pretty sure that some of the state to secure work. But always a brilliant take some time, unless you use a trap or something.
