Nitrous oxide does not affect you all, unless it's a strange reaction to it or just to breathe - and no oxygen to the oxygen deficit.

It is for all intents and purposes, harmless.
It is also not flammable and not burning them, unless subjected to high temperatures and pressures (eg in a car engine), if it breached, to provide an atmosphere rich in oxygen.
